My Review
6 effective resources is a pretty big ask at the beginning stages of the game. And some decks can have trouble with that cost at later points, too. The abilities (3 attack, 2 thwart after defeating a minion, 4 hit points) are quite good if you can manage the cost.
It’s fitting that he comes in the Star-Lord hero pack and default deck: Star-Lord’s cost reduction (making Beta Ray Bill cost 2, 3 effective) at the expense of an encounter card makes the card quite powerful.
